ELEPHANT GARLIC FESTIVAL
Coming to North Plains Later This Year
The North Plains Events Association very much wants to hold the North Plains Elephant Garlic Festival this year. Due to the restrictions in Washington County we are unable to determine if we can hold our event this year (2021) yet.
We will continue to monitor and will make a final determination in early June on whether we feel we can pull it together in that short time, or if we need to postpone it until September. It all depends on where our County is and the Governor’s orders.
Don’t give up on us yet! We’ll see you all later this summer. You may also follow us on our Facebook Page.
Tentatively Date: Early June
The North Plains Events Association, a non-profit organization, is the organizer of the 23rd annual Elephant Garlic Festival. Admission is always free. For more details, please visit the Elephant Garlic Festival website, Fun Stinks!
The Elephant Garlic Festival attracts over 20,000 people to North Plains and generates continued growth and enthusiasm for our community. This three-day festival is North Plains’ “Signature” event; it immerses people in a diverse selection of entertainment, food, arts, music and GARLIC galore!
The festival is a collaborative effort between the North Plains Events Association and the City of North Plains. Organizations such as the North Plains Knights of Pythias and the North Plains Christian Church provide numerous volunteers who make this premier festival possible. The festival proudly supports the local economic community, as well as charitable organizations.
